Structure, Socialisation
& Ongoing Support

We provide you and your puppy with clear training goals, a safe environment for learning and ongoing guidance from a supportive team.  Everything you need for success!

Structure2023-11-22T19:51:51+11:00

Structure

Clear training goals and four levels to graduate give you and your puppy a ‘road map’ for your first months together. You will begin in the Puppy Introduction Class with head trainer, Chris. You will stay in this class for four weeks, then you are moved up the levels according to your level of progress. We structure our classes this way to ensure you are always in a class suited to your level, progress and your dogs individual needs. We have multiple trainers assisting in each class to ensure each handler receives the assistance they need.

Socialisation2023-11-22T19:49:33+11:00

Socialisation

Safe and positive interactions with people and other puppies sets your dog up for a lifetime of great behaviour at home and around the neighbourhood. We focus heavily on your puppy learning to be calm and friendly around other dogs rather than over excitable, frustrated and inevitably out of control. We also spend some time explaining how to appropriately habituate your puppy to new environments and experiences, however this can be further addressed in one-on-one consults if needed.

Support2023-11-22T19:47:17+11:00

Support

Our team are with you all the way. Often our client’s also book an initial one-on-one, in-home consult to help them address their individual issues or questions in their puppies own environment. Although this isn’t necessary, many clients find this to provide clarity and the continuity they are after. Your private trainer is only a call, text or email away on an ongoing basis, if you have questions. They will also be present at our classes on Sunday’s for the ongoing support. Your class instructor will be available to help you with any questions or concerns you have, as will the several floating instructors in your class. You have the option of booking additional in-home consults with your private trainer, or booking a private 45min session at Kew with any of our trainers, if needing additional help. We also have an online Facebook group including our instructors and clients where you can share your training journey and to discuss your questions if needed.
